Show me how jobs move through your business and which tasks take time. I identify where AI could help. We choose one workflow before you decide whether to pay for a build.

One workflow built.
We agree on what it does, what you approve and how we’ll check it. I build and test it around that scope. I quote three weeks and aim for two.

Handed over.
We walk through it together. You get the workflow, instructions for using it and a way to pause it if something looks wrong.

This is a fixed-scope build. If it cannot be built in about 20 hours, it is outside this offer. We look for a smaller useful task.
It does not run your whole business or replace your judgment. Nothing gets sent on your behalf without a check you chose.
This is one build and a handover. There is no subscription or retainer with me. We agree on any tools and their running costs before the build.

What needs
to be clear.
Can I trust what AI produces?
AI can get things wrong. We choose what it can do and where a person checks the result. We test the workflow with examples from your work before handover. You approve what matters.
What happens to my business data?
Before access is shared, we agree on what data the workflow needs and which tools would receive it. Data handling depends on those tools and their settings. We review those details before the build.
What if it breaks?
You get instructions for pausing the workflow and doing the task by hand. If something fails, stop it and email me with what happened. We agree in writing on support and fixes before the build starts. This offer does not include ongoing monitoring or a retainer.
Do we need to be using AI already?
No. The assessment starts with how your business runs. It can help whether you have never used AI or have tried it and are unsure about the results. This offer is for businesses outside the tech sector.
What if AI is not the right fit?
I’ll say so. The assessment is free and you decide whether to go ahead. A tool you already have may do the job.
How much of my time will this take?
A conversation about the task, access to the agreed tools and a review before handover. We agree on those check-ins before work starts so your team knows what is needed.
